Alpha was responsible for the construction of the concrete and wet works package for a new commercial warehouse and distribution facility.

Project involves the construction of an extension to the existing Blue Waters Products Ltd. warehouse.

The concrete and blockwork package spans an area of 22,425 sq.m.

Construction of a new service centre building for Southern Sales located at Fraser Street, Port-Of-Spain.

Scope of Works included repairs to the 2nd Floor, Block B, head Office in St. Joseph.

Completion of building finishes, fixtures, fitting and MEP Services for the Law Faculty Building.

Construction of a 3-storeyed 10,000 sq. ft. office building.

Alpha was awarded Block C of this project which included 100,000 sq. ft. of concrete suspended floor slabs poured in place, and more.
